Bound in slick wrappers with a reproduction of the
trade edition DJ. The second photo is of the advanced reading
copy produced for the release of the paperback edition and is
difficult to find
Note: A very small number of the proofs can be found with
a DJ. These DJ's have no writing on the flaps and are rarely found
with the proof. So far, I have only found one copy of the proof
with a DJ.
