Published in slick wrappers that duplicate the DJ appearance on
the trade edition. However, the revolver is pointed out on the
ARC, rather than out to the side on the trade edition.
Comment: It would be interesting to discover why St.
martins changed the cover photo. The ARC photo with the .38 pointed
straight at you tends to get your attention. While this is labeled
a proof, it is much more like an ARC. The terms are often used
without distinction.
